Biography
During his 15 years of managerial experience in his prior career, Darcy Grady learned how to coach and mentor those around him. He has taken those same coaching skills and become passionate about teaching and encouraging people to take their finances seriously.
As a marketing advisor, Darcy helps us find clients as well as other advisors with whom to work, and he aids in our expansion efforts in Janesville, Madison and Milwaukee. His purpose is to challenge others to critically think about what they want, why they don’t have it, and to strategize and implement their next steps to accomplish their goals and dreams.
Currently, Darcy works alongside committed financial advisors who are passionate about providing a holistic and fiduciary approach to our client’s insurance and financial needs. Through education, Darcy shares ideas and innovative solutions to help people who are just starting out on their financial journey or who see the wisdom in getting a second opinion.
Education empowers our clients to make better decisions when dealing with their finances. Our goal is to create a win-win with our clients. Servicing others really drives Darcy’s behavior and that is why he values long-term relationships that are built on trust and integrity.
Darcy is a devoted husband, father and friend. He is married to the love of his life, Katie, and he has three beautiful children he adores. Darcy values personal growth and development, working out, riding bike, playing league sports, coaching his children’s sports teams and meeting good people.
